There are a sizable fishing/crabbing dock steps from the back door. It is across the street from the Beach Club which includes activities, eateries, two pools, shopping and the beach access. Appreciate the screened in porch that overlooks the pretty marsh and canal for the chance to see striking wildlife every day! The bathrooms are wonderfully updated as well as all the furnishings, beds, Intelligent TV and decor. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. 189 Beach Club Villa is a 2nd-floor unit located in the heart of Fripp Island.

Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
