This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home was completely refreshed in Fall 2017 and is ideal for visitors who are interested in taking advantage of a fresh, updated unit as well as Fripp's many amenities. There are a huge fishing/crabbing dock steps from the back door. It is across the street from the Beach Club which includes activities, eateries, two pools, shopping and the beach access. Appreciate the screened in porch that overlooks the elegant marsh and canal for the chance to see gorgeous wildlife every day! The bathrooms are wonderfully updated as well as all the furnishings, beds, Intelligent TV and decor. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. 189 Beach Club Villa is a 2nd-floor unit located in the heart of Fripp Island.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
