This property is literally mins. from downtown Beaufort! A short walk through the Historic District to eateries, galleries, stores,and the waterfront park and marina.It's also a fast drive to the beach and Paris Island..This townhouse is a 1400 sq. foot gem with 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Recently purchased by an artist and eclectically decorated including original artworks. Our home Includes new K and Q size beds, granite countertops,Bosch stainless appliances ,Keurig coffeemaker and more. There is complimentary wi fi and cable TV . Our home is fresh and clean with wood and tile floors throughout ... no musty smell and great for allergy sufferers.
