Welcome to Fripp Island and this Recently Renovated Sunsuite! You will not only be a few steps from the beautiful pools, tennis courts, Island Bites, and adult pool, but our exceptional beach is only steps away! This unit is located right in the center of Fripp! This Sunsuite is equipped with a kitchenette with a modest refrigerator with a freezer and a modest stove, a queen-sized bed and sleeper couch, a full bath with tub/shower, and outdoor seating.

The Roku TV includes Hargray Cable TV as well as normal intelligent TV capabilities along with high-speed Wi-Fi. There are laundry facilities on the 2nd floor of this complex.

Outside, savor the warm South Carolina sunshine and gentle sea breezes from your shared balcony, which offers vistas of the island's lush greenery and wildlife. With simple access to the beach, golf courses, pools, and other resort amenities, you'll have everything you need for a fun and calming vacation.

Also included in your rental are up to 4 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including eateries and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted prices on golf and tennis.

Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Your 4-legged companions are more than welcome to join in the island adventures, as this home extends a warm invitation to dogs (with an additional pet fee), ensuring that every member of your family can create cherished memories on Fripp Island.
