About this Property

The guest who books the reservation must be 25 years or older and must be present for the length of the stay in the unit.

This villa has two bedrooms upstairs each with a new refreshed private bath!  The master has a king bed, sizable flat screen tv, and a balcony with an sea view.  The second bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bed and flat screen tv.  Both rooms have ceiling fans.  All linens and bath towels are supplied.  
The main level has been thoroughly redone also. There is a full bath and a completely supplied kitchen. The table seats 6. The washer and dryer are off of the breakfast area.  The living room has a couch, appreciate seat, flat screen tv, and DVD player.  The living room opens to a patio with a table and chairs and a superb view of the sea.  There is also a weber charcoal grille.
 
Guest  cards are available for an additional charge giving renters full access to all Fripp Island facilities.   There are two 18 hole golf courses (discount green costs), Olympic-size pool, adult pool with beach bar, Cabana Club lagoon, and ten court tennis club (court costs apply), exercise center, bicycle units and multiple eateries.  Through the marina you can rent a kayak, SUP, or rent a dolphin watch cruise.  Cards price $50 per person per week Memorial Day through Labor Day and $35 per person per week the rest of the year.  Childrens 13 and up must have their own card.  In order to go to the Island eateries all members of the event must have a guest card unless under 13.
 
Renters who do not wish to buy guest cards can still savor the beach, the private pool for Villa renters only and all the superb natural areas of the island.
 
No smoking and no dogs and cats.  Golf carts are available for rent.

The villa is on the central part of the island steps from the premium beach and the pool.  The adult pool, another kid pool, beach club, food court, and sports bar are all a very brief walk.

My wife and I have been visiting Fripp Island for 10 years. We appreciate the great family mood. We appreciate tennis, golf and water sports and Fripp has it all.  It is impressive how peaceful it is riding around the island in our golf cart. Our children have always appreciated the island from under 10 to now in adults. If you visit, you will appreciate it too

 We already had an home on Fripp Island and very adore it.  We thought a rental close to our own holiday home would be a great investment.  Our friends always want to come back and visit us.
