As your hosts, we're committed to making sure your stay on Fripp Island is delightful and hassle-complimentary. Our home is clean, cozy, and well-equipped for your stay, with extraordinary vistas of the saltwater marsh throughout. The home is only a 5 min. golf cart or bicycle ride to the beach and ocean.
It is also near Hunting Island, Harbor Island, Lady’s Island, Historic downtown Beaufort, and Parris Island.
Sleep restfully in one of the two bedrooms each with queen beds with pillow top beds, soft pillows and comforter, and sheets. One room has a dedicated work station. Both have intelligent tvs ready for you to savor all your favorite subscription services.
The cozy bathroom has a freshly tiled shower, fresh towels, hair dryer, and starter set of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body soap).
The kitchen is entirely equipped with pots and pans, full sized refrigerator, stove top and oven, microwave, and, Keurig coffee maker. A starter set of coffee pods will be available.
All your basic dining necessities will be included from plates, bowls, silverware, glasses, and wine glasses. There is also a set of dishware for kids.
Fripp Island is a private barrier island with 3.5 miles of pristine beaches with 32 access points. Wildlife is generous throughout.
The home is located on a peaceful treelined street with marsh on both sides. There is a crabbing dock at the end of the street that’s open from sunrise to dusk.
From the front of the home on a clear day you can see all the way to the ocean and the bridge connecting St. Helena Island to Harbor Island. From the back you can clearly see to the marina.
We really believe our street is one of the prettiest on the island and we hope you do too.
The living room has a intelligent tv, deep sitting couch, spindle chair, and coffee table. Please use the supplied coasters.
Downstairs you’ll find two bicycles and all the beach toys from chairs, blanket, umbrella, games, body boards, and more.
The full size washer and dryer are also in the pedestal with a starter set of laundry pods for your convenience. Please watch your first step into the laundry room.
The enclosed lanai with amazing vistas is ideal for your morning coffee, dining, sipping some wine, and to relax and listen to nature.
Follow the short trail to the back of the home where you’ll find a bench at the edge of the marsh to read your favorite book. Go a little further and you’ll see the calming hammock to appreciate and relieve all your stresses.

About the Area
Located in Fripp Island, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Hunting Island Lighthouse and Chapel of Ease are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Ocean Point Golf Course and Ocean Creek Golf Club.
