The location is hard to beat—located directly across the street from Beach Access #2, you’ll wake up to beautiful ocean vistas from the front porch, while the backyard overlooks the breathtaking Ocean Point Golf Course and a relaxing lagoon. In the afternoon, you might even catch a glimpse of alligators sunbathing on the banks.
The first floor includes two bedrooms and one bathroom, along with a fun kids’ lounge area that features a ping pong table, fire pit, and outdoor movie theater—this space will be entirely in place for high season and is sure to be a favorite gathering spot. Upstairs, you’ll find four additional bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as an open living space with a full kitchen, dining area, and a comfortable living room. Grand glass doors let in natural light and frame handsome vistas of the ocean out front and the golf course behind, making it simple to find both connection and peaceful moments during your stay.
Your rental includes a 6-seat golf cart, accepting you to discover the island at your leisure—many guests find they can leave their cars parked for the entire trip. The property also features an outdoor shower, grilling area, high-speed internet, and TV. A starter supply of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and bath towels is supplied, along with beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and fishing poles to make your stay even more convenient. Springtide Market & Deli, located near the island’s entrance, is a great close by option for groceries, snacks, beach accessories, and more.

FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. 
Club cards are not available with this property and cannot be purchased elsewhere.

No Club Card? No Problem!
While this property does not include a Club card, there are still plenty of ways to appreciate Fripp Island and the surrounding areas! You’ll have full access to impressive beach spots, the crabbing dock, Wardle’s Landing pier, spectacular island parks and the Audubon Trail.  Stop by the Marina Deli or Springtide Market for a bite, or discover the Community Center, where activities are open to all.  Looking for even more adventure? Just across the bridge, Hunting Island offers pristine beaches, hiking trails, and a historic lighthouse.  Or take a short drive to Lady’s Island, Beaufort and Port Royal, where beautiful waterfronts, historic sites, shopping and local dining await!

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote supplied by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.
