Just a short walk to the beach, Island Bites, Olympic Pool and Sandbar; this 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is centrally located for visitors that are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities. Tasteful design and furnishings make this villa stand out. It comfortably accommodates up to 8 people and offers impressive balcony/patio vistas.

Both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and a balcony with a view of the courtyard pool and beach. The 2nd bedroom is the bunk room and has 2 bunk beds with twin over full beds. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom in the hallway with a walk-in shower and 2 sinks.

The other full bathroom with a walk-in shower is on the 1st floor. Both bathrooms are thoughtfully refreshed with tile. Open floor plan in kitchen and living room allow for simple entertaining and plenty of natural light. Kitchen is thoughtfully outfitted with houseware and appliances and a drip and Keurig coffee machine. Plenty of room for seating in the living room and dining room. This updated villa is the ideal place for your Fripp Island hideaway!

Features include granite countertops throughout kitchen, bar and bathrooms and new wood floors. There is a bar with a wine cooler and a courtyard pool just steps away off your back porch. 4 outdoor seats and a charcoal grille furnish the porch. Full size appliances and washer and dryer. 2 TVs in the master bedroom and living room have Hargray cable live tv and high-speed wireless internet throughout the home.
