Both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom offers a king bed and a deck with a view of the courtyard pool and beach. The 2nd bedroom is the bunk room and has 2 bunk beds with twin over full beds. The two bedrooms share a bathroom in the hallway with a walk-in shower and 2 sinks. The first floor has the other full bathroom with walk in shower. Open floor plan in kitchen and living room allow for painless entertaining and plenty of natural light with the blinds open. Kitchen thoughtfully supplied to allow ease for staying in and cooking. Plenty of room for seating in living room. This refreshed villa is the ideal place for your Fripp Island hideaway!

Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

A 4-seat golf cart is supplied with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural breathtaking beauty of the island and an charming way to visit our unique amenities.
