RECENTLY REMODELED! 344 Captain John Fripp Villa is a gorgeous two-story home located in the heart of Fripp Island. Just a short walk to the beach, Island Bites, Olympic Pool and Sandbar; this two bedroom, two bath home is centrally located for visitors that are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities. Tasteful design and furnishings make this villa stand out. It comfortably accommodates up to 8 people and offers gorgeous porch vistas. Freshly modernized front and back deck in 2024!
Both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom offers a king bed and a deck with a view of the courtyard pool and beach. The 2nd bedroom is the bunk room and has 2 bunk beds with twin over full beds. The two bedrooms share a bathroom in the hallway with a walk-in shower and 2 sinks. The first floor has the other full bathroom with walk in shower. Open floor plan in kitchen and living room allow for painless entertaining and plenty of natural light with the blinds open. Kitchen thoughtfully outfitted to allow ease for staying in and cooking. Plenty of room for seating in living room. This refreshed villa is the ideal place for your Fripp Island hideaway!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
A 4-seat golf cart is supplied with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural breathtaking beauty of the island and an impressive way to visit our unique amenities.
Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart units available.
Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other impressive wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
