Our goal is to restore optimal energy flow in the body, allowing the body to balance, heal and release stress. In this training , you will learn the history of the practice, hands-on techniques, and skills to perform Reiki on yourself and others, including distance healing. The class includes a book, discussion, practice experience. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate and the attunement symbols.
