The practice brings our awareness to the unseen life force energy flowing through our bodies. Our goal is to restore optimal energy flow in the body, allowing the body to balance, heal and release stress. In this training , you will learn the history of the practice, hands-on techniques, and skills to perform Reiki on yourself and others, including distance healing. The class includes a book, discussion, practice experience. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate and the attunement symbols.
