Improvements to the home include enlarging the downstairs bathroom, adding additional access to the backyard, creating a nice outdoor living space, improving landscaping, and adding a pool!

Our home is located down the road from the much-desired beach Access #2. Only a few homes on Marlin Drive are this convenient to beach Access #2.

780 Marlin is a comfortable family-friendly home that is located across the street from the beach with golf course vistas from the back of the home and close to Club Conveniences. This 4-bedroom, 4-bath home sleeps 14 comfortably and has everything a visiting family would want. Ideal for guests who want the luxuries of home in a resort environment. Features include 5 Intelligent TVs with your favorite streaming applications, high-speed wireless internet, 2 full-size washers and dryers, a completely equipped kitchen, a sizable living room, a propane grille, and much more!

A short walk down the boardwalk will take you to heaven. Our North end of Fripp Island is very special with its undulating dunes, sea oats, a huge variety of sea birds, and even ghost crabs at nighttime. There is generous beach, even at high tide, while low tide gives you the ability to discover the sand bars. When island photographers want to photograph Fripp's beach, they come to Access #2

The View:
The back deck overlooks the handsome Ocean Point Golf Course complete with the Lowcountry scenery. Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is host to a enormous number of whitetail deer. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.

A 4-seater golf cart is supplied with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural spectacular beauty of the island and an elegant way to visit to our unique amenities.

Getting to know Fripp Island:
Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart units available.

Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other spectacular wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.

Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

About the Area

Located in Saint Helena Island, this vacation home is near the beach. Penn Center and Parris Island Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Hunting Island Lighthouse and Fort Fremont. Adventure Cove and Coastal Discovery Museum are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
