Welcome to 731 North Hampton, a gorgeously appointed third-floor corner condo, offering pretty Atlantic Ocean vistas and a bright, airy coastal atmosphere. This comfortable two-bedroom, two-bath getaway is the ideal place to relax, recharge, and appreciate beachfront living.



A convenient community elevator makes accessing this condo a breeze.



The open-concept living area features vaulted ceilings, cozy seating, and huge windows that fill the space with natural light. Step out onto the private balcony overlooking the community pool and ocean beyond — the ideal spot for morning coffee or evening sunsets.



The completely equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The dining area comfortably seats four guests.

The cavernous primary suite features a king bed, a TV, and a beautiful window seat with exceptional ocean vistas, ideal for calming with a book or spotting dolphins offshore. The ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and tub/shower combination.



The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and its own TV, making it ideal for kids or additional guests. A close by bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a single vanity can function as either a private ensuite with a pocket door or remain accessible from the hallway for shared use.



For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a pull-out couch suitable for one additional guest.

Also included in your rental are up to 5 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including eateries and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as hours may vary seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted prices on golf and tennis.



Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
