A convenient community elevator makes accessing this condo a breeze.



The open-concept living area features vaulted ceilings, cozy seating, and huge windows that fill the space with natural light. Step out onto the private balcony overlooking the community pool and ocean beyond — the ideal spot for morning coffee or evening sunsets.

The completely equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The dining area comfortably seats four guests.

The cavernous primary suite features a king bed, TV, and a impressive window seat with fantastic ocean vistas, which is ideal for calming with a book or spotting dolphins offshore. The ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and tub/shower combination.

The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and its own TV, making it ideal for kids or additional guests. A close by bathroom with a tub/shower combo and single vanity can function as either a private ensuite using the pocket door or remain accessible from the hallway for shared use.



For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a pull-out couch suitable for one additional guest.

Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
