Tastefully refreshed with many new furnishings, fresh paint, and Intelligent systems in place including Simplisafe security system (3 exterior cameras), two Ring doorbells (Simplisafe & Ring record when motion is detected), Intelligent door locks, Honeywell thermostat, and WiFi. Entirely equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, living room with dining area to seat six, family room with Intelligent TV, main bedroom with Intelligent TV (no cable for tvs), attached bathroom and closet, two more bedrooms share a bathroom, carport, front porch, screened side porch, back deck, sizable back yard, fire pit, gas grille, completely fenced property. Please note that the front porch does NOT have railings and is approx. 30" from the ground, the family room floor has a slight slope to it as it was once a back porch, bathtubs/showers do not have grab bars.
