Custom designed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom coastal bungalow in downtown Beaufort SC with two porches and designer finishes throughout. 4 Blocks from the water and less than a mile to the Bay Street shopping and dining district and waterfront park.

Primary bedroom suite features a king sized bed and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Guest bedroom features a queen bed. Third bedroom has a twin daybed and comfortable work space with a desk overlooking the front porch.

Great room opens onto the rear screened porch with a hanging day bed swing, ideal for morning coffee and evening drinks.

Totally furnished including full sized washer and dryer in the laundry room. Mini crib and high chair available upon request.

You have access to all parts of our home with the exception of one supply closet in the office. Make yourself at home!

We're happy to help with suggestions for places to go, but we will never be overbearing. Our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away.

We have a self check-in and check-out process, but our local property manager lives just down the road should you need any assistance.

We have maps and a list of all of our favorite bars and eateries for you when you arrive for suggestions.

Home is located on peaceful side road that is within walking distance to a Pilates studio, coffee stores, eateries and downtown. Port Royal is the closest beach, but our favorite is Hunting Island Beach which is about 20-30 mins. away depending on traffic. We are 45 mins. from Hilton Head and 1.5 hours from Charleston.

Taxi service and Ubers are available, but having a personal car is recommended if you wish to see all the attractions that the area has to offer!

Furry Friends
We would appreciate to have your furry friend come along, so dogs are allowed during your stay at our Beaufort home! We just require that we are made aware prior to arrival and that you please dispose of waste in the proper receptacles. min. 1 dog per stay -- $75 non-returnable pet fee per dog per stay. This deposit does not cover any damages or pet waste pick up.

Please remember this is our home so treat it like you would a friend's home and we will do our best to make you feel like you're a friend staying with us!
