Welcome to holiday bliss! This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath villa is so elegantly upgraded and elegantly finished that you will wish you were packing a moving van rather than your suit cases at the end of your stay. Over 1,900 sq ft of living space!

As you enter the villa you are greeted by pretty tile floors that lead to the open 2 story entryway and thoroughly referbished. The kitchen offers all new stainless steel appliances, granite counter, and is entirely supplied with all of your preparing essentials. The kitchen also includes a full size stack-able washer and dryer and access to the storage yard which includes an outdoor shower, just right for rinsing off after the beach!

The kitchen opens to the open dining room with seating for 6 and the sizable living area. The living room is carpeted and offers calming over sized furnishings, a 55" flat screen TV, and sliding doors leading to the outdoor space. The enclosed outdoor space includes a modest propane grille and patio table with seating for 4, just right for dining outdoors!

Also on the main level is the master bedroom including a king sized bed (new bed in 2016), 40" flat screen TV, his and hers closets, a full en suite bath, and access to the outdoor space.

The two guest bedrooms are located upstairs and share a Jack N Jill bath. One bedroom offers 2 full beds and the other has 2 twins, both with cathedral ceilings and flat screen TV's.

Queens Grant has on-site pools that are open from April-September. The beach is an painless 10 min. walk to the beach and next to the General Store, Big Jim's, the Dune's House and the tennis center. Arthur Hills and Georg Fazio golf course on either side.
