Are you and your family/ friends in need of some salty air? Open floor plan, comfortably and handsomely designed, an ocean front master/ ensuite bath, additional ocean front bedroom, mini-master/ ensuite bath and 4th bedroom, with hall bathroom and laundry room.

Walking through the front door you immediately savor the broad vistas of oceanfront living. This 4 bedroom 3 bath features splendid finishes throughout the home. Complete bespoke kitchen with stainless appliances, stainless hood along with quartz countertops. The oceanfront master bedroom and ensuite bath are elegantly appointed and completely accessible to the multi-level rear deck.

The beach access/boardwalk is located just one over and you can reach it from both the front of the home or off the back deck. It’s roughly a 0.30 mile walk to the beach.

Two Fripp Island luxury cards are included with a 7-nighttime rental. Additional cards may be purchased at the Fripp Island club member price in advance of stay. In addition to weekly guest cards, the Resort offers 3 nighttime/4 day cards and monthly cards (only available November through March). Amenity cards are required for all guests ages 13 and over to access the Fripp Island Resort amenities: eateries, pools, golf, tennis, rental of bicycles, kayaks, etc.

NO DOGS are allowed! This includes emotional support animals. Service dogs are allowed if proper paperwork is supplied at the time of booking.

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Fripp Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and/or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, the Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

No Smoking Accepted. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY allowed outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside. Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences.
