I have a comfortable and completely refreshed 3 bedroom 2 bath home right in the heart of Beaufort, across the street from Parris Island, and mins. from downtown Port Royal and Sands Beach. This home is on a peaceful street and has a appealing and very private fenced in backyard. The home has an open floor plan with an open kitchen and hallway leading to the three bedrooms with a full hall bathroom and master in the back of the home with a full bath.
New includes in 2018: kitchen appliances, granite countertops, washer/dryer, hot water heater, roof, AC/heat unit, bathroom fixtures, wooden veneer floor, paint everywhere, the works! It's basically a brand new home in an established neighborhood with sizable trees that accept for total privacy. The street is a circle, so there is categorically no through traffic. The generous backyard is completely fenced with six foot privacy fencing, many plants and trees which are great for calming and having some calm and peaceful. There is also a fire pit in the backyard as well. The back patio accepts for some backyard appreciation. On the patio is a Weber charcoal grille for your use.
There is also RV/boat parking in the backyard with a double wooden gate that opens on the backside of the street.
Also with the rental of this unit comes a Hunting Island State park pass. This is the "big beach" and has campgrounds, fishing, swimming, a lighthouse, sea turtle nesting, present shop, and much more!
This home is in the ideal location for Marine Graduations! It is only 0.8 miles from the Parris Island main gate! Down the road are multiple necessities, such as: gas station, grocery store, sandwich shop, breakfast restaurant, bank, stores, etc. This location is ideal for everything. It is smack dab in the middle of Charleston and Savannah, making it an smooth 50 min. drive either way to either airport for those who fly in to town. Only a 5 min. drive across the bridge to Port Royal, you will find many eateries and Sands beach- it is the smaller beach in town which is famed for finding sharks' teeth there! (We have a collection of them!)
This home is somewhat pet amiable- one modest dog under 30 pounds is allowed- with a non returnable pet deposit of $100. No cats.
