**This property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent Resort Fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards if you decide you would like to use the Resort Facilities. This fee is based off of the base rental rate.**

Spectacular 6 bedroom/6 bathroom home with private pool, outdoor kitchen equipped with a flat screen TV, gas grille, sink, and dining area. Shared dock for modest boat. Two sizable screened porches and 4 open air porches. This home is located on the canal, steps from the Ocean Creek golf course and Davis Appreciate Park, and a short golf cart ride to the beach.

This home features a gourmet indoor kitchen that is entirely equipped to handle all of your cooking needs during your stay! A 6-burner gas stove, 2 ovens, and ample granite countertops make cooking a breeze. Savor dinners around the 10-person dining table.

The living room has a 70in TV and is open to the wet bar. The wet bar has a new ice maker that can make up to 25lbs of ice - no need to run to the store!

The Fripp Island Club is private and each unaccompanied guest 13 and older must have an conveniences card to access the Club’s facilities. The luxury card is a temporary membership to the club. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of the Club.

This vacation home is located in Saint Helena Island. Bay Street and Coligny Plaza are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Coastal Discovery Museum and Sea Pines Forest Preserve. Adventure Cove and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
