Welcome to 87 Sea Creek on Fripp Island located directly on the canal as well as across the street from the handsome Sea Creek Golf Course. Our home named "Sippin' on the Dock of the Bay" is the ideal hideaway for golfers, families, and groups who want to be near the action. Our multi-tiered dock which is shared with our next door neighbor offers you a place to tie up your boat or jet skis. There is nothing better than crabbing, fishing, and shrimping right out your back door! Whatever you do, sit back and savor the spectacular sunsets!

As of Spring 2020, we will have modernized the tile and carpet in the home to all hardwoods. The kitchen is having a complete redo! We have new furnishings in the living room as well as new art work all through the home!

The main floor includes a bedroom with a Queen size bed and full bath. Cook away in this open kitchen complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen opens to the dining area and great room so everybody can adore the conversation. A sizable screen TV with DVD/VCR/CD Rom and audio system are over the "instant on" fireplace. A huge screened back porch has both a picnic table with benches and 2 rockers. The den offers a queen sleeper couch bed. This second seating area is ideal for families or groups to have separate conversation areas.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and the laundry room. The enormous master includes a King size bed, a new 40" flat screen TV, a rocker for appealing and a desk in case you need to work while on holiday. Sizable closets. Double vanities in bathroom, garden tub, huge shower, and private WC. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and a sizable armoire with a new 40" flat screen TV. The third bedroom has 2 full beds. All bedrooms have access to a screened in porch.

Generous 2 car garage accepts covered parking during your stay. Our driveway accepts for additional parking if needed with bigger groups.

There are 3 swimming pools on the island and Camp Fripp is just down the street. We have a playground across the way for children and adults which includes a b-ball court, a sand volleyball court, and picnic area.

****We are a Non-Pet Rental Home****

As of January 23, 2020, we will give up to 6 comforts cards (for weekly renters) which can be used for golf, tennis, swimming pools and dining facilities. Only those 13 years and older need an extravagance card. Additional cards can be bought if needed. We also give complimentary use of our personal electric golf cart for your use during your stay.
