About this Property716 Swordfish is a delightful two story sea view home located in the heart of Fripp Island. This six bedroom, four bath home pleasantly sleeps 18, and is ideal for generous family gatherings, groups or weddings. Includes include a downstairs kitchenette, living area, 2 bedrooms and a set of bunk beds. Stop and have a game of pool on your way to the main level sun room, open living area, or the enormous screened in porch. Just a brief walk away you will find the Beach Club, tennis, and 2 pools. This home is also advertised as a 4 bedroom rental in the off season. Please call for special pricing.
A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many visitors park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation.
