Savor polished Fripp Island from 27 Sea Mist Lane. Two homes away from the Cabana Club, far enough for privacy, yet close enough for a brief walk to savor the sea, creek and marsh vistas from the striking Cabana - a three pool complex including misty caves, flower edged waterfalls, a bar, cafe, salon and grille-all with amazing sea vistas. Ideal for toddlers, with their own giant pool and slide, to adults with 2 additional pools and separate areas.

Home is also a very brief walk to Camp Fripp & the Activity Center where both adults & children can sign up for many fun supervised activities throughout your stay!

This handsome home has four separate porches with gorgeous marsh vistas. Appreciate light and airy living areas which boast wood floors, high ceilings, and superb 'island decor' with bespoke slip-covered chairs and couch, down throw pillows, sea grass rugs and glamourous art work.

The enormous dining room restfully seats 8 at a generous English Pine table. Enjoy this completely outfitted kitchen with surplus cookware and silverware! Dinnerware and silverware for 7 people.

All bedrooms have gorgeous all cotton coverlets with different Striking bedskirts and shams, and each has their own flat screen TV. The bedrooms are as follows: Main floor queen bedroom with private screened porch, private bath with shower. Upstairs, one guest room has 2 twin beds with private porch, tv and shared connecting bath. One guest room has a double bed with trundled bed, tv and connecting bath. The master bedroom has a king, walk-in closet, private porch, 2 vanity bath with separate shower and garden tub and also has a tv/dvd in a alluring corner armoire.

This home also has a Pack 'n Play onsite for visitors with very modest children.

Main floor porches have wrought iron tables and chairs for calming dining or morning coffee, a table with chairs on one porch and a table for on another porch. Upstairs Master outdoor space has a pull-out glider & chair for appealing.

Guest cards are mandatory to use Fripp Island Resort niceties - pools, golf, tennis and dinning.

Bicycles, scooters and golf carts are available through Fripp Island Excursions.

Check in time is 4 pm on arrival date and check out time is 10 am on departure date. No early arrivals or late departures allowed. min. of three cars, no parking on grass and limited street parking.
