About this PropertyWelcome to Sea Creek, Fripp Island, SC. Your home away from home. Park your car during your holiday and savor a beach lifestyle the southern way. Fripp Island is about 3000 acres of natural beauty which has been designated as a Wildlife Sanctuary. Fripp Island is a gated shorefront Resort community that is home to 2 championship golf courses, 6 swimming pools, fishing and crabbing piers, shopping, multiple eateries, Racquet Club, Marina, and Camp Fripp for Childrens. Fripp is just a day trip away from Beaufort, Charleston, and Savannah, Ga.
The home is centrally located on the Island and a brief walk to the Cabana Club with its many pools, wet bar, restaurant, salon, and Camp Fripp. Fripp is Blessed with 3 1/2 miles of pretty uncrowded white sandy beaches which is a fast golf cart ride away. The Fripp Island fishing pier is right around the corner. Also close to the home is the playground which has a b-ball court and volleyball court on unit.
As you walk into this modren home, you will be greeted with a cute view of the marsh / sea view. The home includes a southern living themed with wood floors through out. The main living area of the home is a handsome open concept designed for family gatherings. The kitchen is well outfitted with dishes, silverware, and all the amenities from home. The Master bedroom is located downstairs which holds a king size bed and a sizable bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi tub . Upstairs are 2 over sized bedrooms which each have a full and queen bed. Both bedrooms have their own private bathroom. All Bedrooms come with cable TV. Wine cooler and ice maker available for your use. Sit on the appealing couch or rocking chairs on the enormous screen porch while taking in the sea winds. There is a charcoal grille available in the garage for you to prepare up some steaks or new seafood. Feel complimentary to play a game of corn hole while waiting on your dinner to prepare. The home comes supplied with a beach umbrella and beach chairs.

We also own 2 golf carts that we accept our visitors to use....IT IS NOT PART OF OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT.....but we do accept our visitors to use them. If there ever is a maintenance issue, we will do our very premium to fix the issue so you can continue to relish them during your stay....BUT it is not our responsibility to replace the golf cart.
Per the island, you are mandatory to have a valid drivers license to drive the golf carts or they will fine you.
