Renovated Fripp Island home for Summer 2021! Cavernous 4 bedroom and 3 full bathroom home with plenty of space for visitors to spread out. Home is a brief walk to the beach and directly on the marsh in the Sawgrass neighborhood. Watch the tide roll in the marsh and the local wildlife on your private back outdoor space with bar, patio seating, and gas grille. Take a bicycle ride, walk the boardwalk, swim in the community pool or play ground a block from the home, or relax on the Fripp beaches. All new linens and linens, completely outfitted kitchen, bicycles, beach chairs and more! Fripp Island is a calming and superb private island getaway with the choice beaches in SC!

Dogs are negotiable and must first be approved prior to renting reservation. Non-returnable pet deposit based on number of dogs. Ask owner about family dogs and cats.

Home does not include delight cards, home owner is not a member of the resort club on Fripp, so no access to resort pools or eateries. Home does not include golf cart, owner can give golf cart rental information for Fripp Island. HIGHLY recommend renting your golf cart as soon as possible if you are renting during the summer months. There are private companies that deliver and pick up directly to the home.

Guests can shop at Fripp Marketplace and Mango's at front entrance. Guests can also access the Marina store. There is a public boat landing right over the bridge from Fripp to launch your boat.
