The Space:
This Fripp Island home includes 4 cavernous bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms accepting visitors plenty of space to spread out. Watch the tide roll in the marsh on your private back outdoor space with bar, patio seating, gas fire pit, and grille. The home is located in the relaxing Sawgrass community of Fripp. Stroll to the boardwalk and beach, take a bicycle ride, appreciate the community pool and playground one block from the home. New linens and linens, completely outfitted kitchen, garage, bicycles, beach chairs and more!

A sunny and enormous living and dining area with a generous flat screen intelligent TV and 3 couches. Dining table seats 8. Thoroughly supplied kitchen with a second refrigerator in the garage, full size washer and dryer in the hallway closet. WIFI throughout the entire home. Bedroom Details:

- First Floor Bedroom (1): 1 King Bed, 1 Twin Pull Out Couch Chair
- Second Floor Bedroom (2): 1 King Bed, 1 Twin Bed
- Second Floor Bedroom (3): 1 Queen Bed
- Third Floor Bedroom (4): 1 King Bed, 1 Twin Pull Out Couch Chair
- All King bedrooms have an attached full bathroom

All new linens and linens. Substantial flat screen intelligent TV in first floor bedroom, smaller TV's in second floor king and third floor king bedrooms. WIFI throughout the home.

Outside:
Deck overlooking the marsh with patio seating, bar, gas grille and fire pit. Garage includes refrigerator, adult bicycles, beach chairs, beach buggy, cooler and space for a golf cart. Guests have access to neighborhood pool, playground, and crab dock. The beach and all of Fripp Island are an straighforward bicycle or golf cart ride from the home.

Family Animals:
Dogs are negotiable and must first be approved prior to renting reservation. Non-returnable pet deposit based on number of dogs. Ask owner about dogs and cats. Animals must be crate trained and not allowed on any of the furnishings. Pets will not be allowed if not approved in advance of check in.

Guest access:
Fripp Island is a private gated island. Every driver / car will require a gate pass prior to entry. You will be supplied an access code for the front door prior to your arrival at the home. There is parking for four cars in the driveway. A portion of the garage can be used for storage of renters golf cart and belongings during the stay.

Other things to note:
****Home does not include Fripp Island Resort amenities cards. Guest cannot use resort pools and eateries. Guests can shop at Fripp Marketplace and Mango's at front entrance, as well as the Fripp Marina store. There is a public boat landing right over the bridge from Fripp to launch your boat.

Golf cart is not supplied in the rental. Owner can give golf cart rental info for Fripp Island that will deliver to the home or you can bring your own. We HIGHLY recommend renting your golf cart as soon as possible if you are visiting during the summer months.

No smoking inside, no home events, no additional overnight visitors unless host approves them in advance, minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Please include the total number of visitors at the time of renting.
