One hour of complimentary tennis daily is supplied at the Port Royal Tennis Club just steps from your door.

The open living area includes a voluminous living room with tray ceilings, is furbished with a new queen-sized sleeper couch, and inviting recliner as well as a great club chair with ottoman. There is also a new flat screen TV/DVD, cable, complimentary high speed wireless Internet. All this is flanked by many floor to ceiling windows overlooking the screened porch and adjoining outdoor space area which look out over the tennis courts.

There is a thoroughly supplied kitchen with new granite countertops. There are plenty of pots and pans, dishes, microwave,waffle maker, Cuisinart food processor and toaster oven for those of you who savor meal preparation in the casual ambience of your own condo.

The dining area has seating for six around the sizable table as well as a breakfast bar for more casual dining or just gathering around for good conversation. There is a wet bar for end of the day drinks that can be appreciated on the porch or outdoor space.
