About this PropertyWelcome to our attractively modernized 3 bedroom Craftsman-style bungalow. Located in Historic Downtown Beaufort. 5-min. walk to Bay st. (our main st), the Waterfront Park/playground, and downtown Marina. Walk to the river to sit on swings or do a little fishing. Great eateries, cafes, art galleries, library, and shopping just steps away. Two blocks from The Point neighborhood with handsome historic Antebellum homes. Off-street parking for 2 cars makes it smooth for you to walk wherever you need to go or a 20-min. drive to Hunting Island public beach. 20-min. drive to Paris Island.
The bungalow was refreshed in late 2015. It includes 3 bedrooms a full bath and 1 half bath. The bedrooms include a King bed, Queen bed and a twin daybed all with quality linens and duvets or quilts. The bathrooms are both freshly appointed. House has a new gas on-demand water heater. The kitchen comes entirely supplied with everything you need. It includes a gas stove, full-size refrigerator, and dishwasher. Open shelving and quartz countertops just add to the glamour of this home. The laundry room includes a full size stacked washer and dryer. The big dining room can accommodate dinner visitors. The living room is elegantly furbished with couch, chairs, rug, and a 50" flat screen TV. Appreciate the Lowcountry weather on the generous covered front porch.
