170 Beach Club Villa is centrally located with elegant vistas of the canal from the screened porch. Brightly decorated with a coastal theme, upon arrival you'll immediately feel casual and ready for your vacation. The fishing and crabbing dock is yours to use during your visit.

This villa is located across the street from the handsome Atlantic Ocean and Beach Club Complex. The tennis courts are adjacent to the condo. If you're a tennis player, it is ideal for you.

The Fripp Island Club is private and each unaccompanied guest 13 and older must have an luxury card to access the Club’s facilities. The luxury card is a temporary membership to the club. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of the Club.

**Amenity cards are available for purchase when renting this home. You may purchase up to the amount that the property sleeps.

If you inquire about a property & the property is booked for the dates you prefer, we hope we can direct you to another property that will be as good or better for your needs. This condo is located in Saint Helena Island.
