170 Beach Club Villa is centrally located with elegant vistas of the canal from the screened porch. Brightly decorated with a coastal theme, upon arrival you'll immediately feel casual and ready for your vacation. The fishing and crabbing dock is yours to use during your visit.

This villa is located across the street from the handsome Atlantic Ocean and Beach Club Complex. The tennis courts are adjacent to the condo. If you're a tennis player, it is ideal for you.

The Fripp Island Club is private and each unaccompanied guest 13 and older must have an luxury card to access the Club’s facilities. The luxury card is a temporary membership to the club. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of the Club.

**Amenity cards are available for purchase when renting this home. You may purchase up to the amount that the property sleeps.

This condo is located in Saint Helena Island. Ocean Point Golf Course and Ocean Creek Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Bay Street and The Village at Wexford.
