Ideal home for enormous groups! 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, with just a short walk to the beach! Open floor plan with roomy living area and newly refreshed kitchen. Dining room overlooking natural backyard. Expansive front porch ideal for sundowners and stargazing. Covered screened in porch for those looking to relax on the porch swing. Four Bedrooms and three full baths located upstairs with a door separating the living space from the bedrooms. One bedroom and one bath located downstairs along with cavernous living. Indoor spiral staircase. Additional bunk room (1 bunk bed) and bath located downstairs but has not been modernized. Second laundry room located downstairs. The home is located third row from the beach. One block from beach access.

Renovations that were concluded in May 2021 include: added indoor spiral staircase, completely remodeled master bath, new paint and carpet in all upstairs bedrooms, refinished wood floors in the main living space, fresh painted kitchen cabinets, and brand new countertops.

Bedroom configurations: The upstairs master bedroom has two full beds and its own private bath. Three upstairs bedrooms have twin beds. One of these has access to the screened in porch. There is a full bath in the hallway. Downstairs there is a master bedroom with two twin beds. This bedroom has access to the master bath with shower/tub and is also accessible by the main living area. There is also a separate bedroom with a bunkbed that has a single twin on the top and a full at the bottom. A bathroom is attached to this bunk room as well.

Golf carts are the primary means of transportation on Fripp Island. The rental does not come with golf carts, but we will be happy to provide you with the number to rental companies who can deliver carts directly to the home for your stay and convenience.

In order to take advantage of the on-island dining and activities such as tennis and golf, amenities cards are required. Cards can be shared but one card per person per experience will be requested. We can purchase luxury cards on your behalf. The cost of luxury cards is $50 per card per week, or $35 per card for 3 days.

About the Area

Located in Saint Helena Island, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Coligny Beach and Coastal Discovery Museum, while Penn Center and Parris Island Museum are cultural highlights. Adventure Cove and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf are also worth visiting.

  • Some rental properties allow pets, but some don't. Allowable types of family pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the property management company about your furry family members before booking.
  • Visiting for a single attraction? Try a map search to find nearby properties.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Make certain to ask about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
