This sun filled cavernous 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath ocean view villa in The Village of Newhaven offers impressive, tropical vistas of the ocean from the deck and primary bedroom, a entirely equipped huge eat-in kitchen with pass-through to a roomy open living room/dining room area complete with refreshed comfortable furnishings, additional dining seating, a 43” Roku LED Intelligent TV, wood-burning fireplace, and half bath on the first floor. Upstairs you will find 2 sizable sunny bedrooms with ensuite baths and a full-size washer/dryer for your convenience (the villa comes complete with all linens). The Newhaven complex offers beach access at low tide, covered garage parking, a elegantly landscaped courtyard with Weber gas grilles and tables where you can relax and entertain, all just steps from the Ocean Point Golf Course & Grille and The Ocean Point Pool.
Unit comes with a 4 seater Electric Golf Cart for your use during your stay. Just park your car in the garage upon arrival and use the golf cart as your primary form of transportation. It's a great way to discover the island and it’s natural spectacular beauty.

There are two 18 hole golf courses (discount green costs), Olympic-size pool, adult pool with beach bar, Cabana Club lagoon, and ten court tennis club (court costs apply), exercise center, bicycle units and numerous eateries. Through the marina you can rent a kayak, SUP, or book a dolphin watch cruise. Cards cost $50 per person per week Memorial Day through Labor Day and $35 per person per week the rest of the year. Kids 13 and up must have their own card. In order to go to the Island eateries all members of the event must have a guest card unless under 13.
A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.
