About this Property474 Tarpon is a 6 bedroom, 3 bath, oceanfront, 24/7 beach home and is new to Fripp Island Resort's Rental Program! There is a 60" TV in Living Room, and TV's in all bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom with 2 queen beds has a 55" TV. This home has just been modernized and has all new paint, carpeting and furnishings. This six bedroom home is set up with two bedrooms with a bath between on one side of the home, two bedrooms with a bath between on the other side, and two bedrooms with a bath between on the lower level. There is a cavernous entryway when you enter the home, a great place to take off flip flops and empty beach bags before going upstairs. The laundry room has it's own entrance just to the left of the main entrance. An just right place to put wet beach/pool towels to have ready for the next day! Spectacular beach/sea view from the living room and screened in porch, a outdoor space that goes directly to the beach with a shower to rinse off before going inside. This home is set up delightfully and will be delighted by anyone visiting. Guest cards are mandatory to savor any of the amenities at Fripp and this home provides as many as 14 cards, with a value of up to $700.00.
