Welcome to The Stingray-22 Fiddler's Point This raised 2 story home is available for rent which is ideal for families, weekend get always, and golf trips. We are in the Fiddler's Ridge area located in the front of the island offering a peaceful location for calming family memories to be made. Everything on the island can be accessed by a brief 5-10-min. golf cart ride. There are three and a half miles of uncrowded beaches, sensational sunrises and sunsets, two championship golf courses, an Audubon nature trail, tennis courts, swimming pools, eateries, bars, fishing, and a marina with boat storage, kayaking, and fishing supplies. This precious gem, Fripp Island is a wildlife sanctuary, which includes striking vistas of the local animals and reptiles. The kitchen has a enormous open floor plan that flows into the dining room creating plenty of space for family gatherings. With a well-outfitted kitchen, preparing and serving meals will be a delight for the prepare. Rocking chairs on the front porch, which run the width of the home, includes an impressive place for a morning coffee, afternoon libations or just inviting. Also appreciate the year-round Carolina room which is climate controlled and brings the outdoors inside with floor to ceiling windows on 3 sides. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and is located on the first floor with an en-suite bath, including a Jacuzzi tub. There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor with queen size beds and one has a additional room with a trundle bed that will sleep 2 younger children keeping them close by, yet accepting parents or older siblings their privacy. Each bedroom has a T.V. and there is wireless internet all over the home. This home will pleasantly accommodate up to 8 people. There is also a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water located under the back outdoor space. There are beach toys for your use but please bring your own beach chairs. A 4 seat golf cart is supplied with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many visitors park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to restful take in the natural spectacular beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to the Food Court for some ice cream! Also included with your rental are up to 8 guest cards, with a value of up to $400. These cards are mandatory for access to all resort niceties, including tennis and golf courses, eateries and bars, swimming pools, and more.
