This is a well cared for and well maintained, First Floor End Unit Villa located in the heart of Fripp Island! The first floor provides painless access in and out and the vistas are pretty! Two of Fripp’s five pools, (Olympic pool and Adult pool), are across the street, along with numerous beach accesses. This makes it straighforward to appreciate a day at the pool or beach! This Villa has new wood floors, a well supplied kitchen, wireless internet, and each bedroom has a TV. Appreciate your morning coffee on the screened outdoor space overlooking a Canal where pelicans, egrets, and deer gather. A modest crabbing/fishing dock is located just steps away from the back door. Our rental price includes up to two Amenity cards, however, more cards can be bought for a additional fee. (Childrens 12 & under do not need a card). These cards give access to all of Fripp’s eateries, five pools, two golf courses, tennis courts, and the many other activities that Fripp offers. Kayaking, cycling, fishing and the Shell Cruise are also acclaimed ways to savor your day. Beaufort is just a brief trip away with great stores and eateries, but many people never want to leave the Island!
Our rental price does not include a golf cart rental. A cart can be rented from one of the rental companies off the island, or rented from the Resort if you have the Amenity card. Please reserve one as soon as your renting dates are confirmed! The golf cart companies usually run brief during the Spring/Summer and holiday time frames.
