ON THE FRIPP SIDE Ocean Front! Screen Porch, Private Beach Access

On The Fripp Side is a cavernous, comfortably furnished and entirely-equipped beach home located directly upon the ocean.

This home features a 55-inch LCD T.V. in the great room. LCD T.V.s in four of the five bedrooms and primary sitting room.

This no smoking home features a master suite with a king-size bed, an oversize hottub tub and separate walk-in shower, double vanities and dressing areas, a wet bar with mini-refrigerator, and coffee maker, private sitting room with TV in addition to its own private deck with sweeping Atlantic vistas.

There are two additional oceanfront bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and deck access. Two more bedrooms each accommodate two double/full-size beds each. Each of these sets of first-floor bedrooms shares a full bath. There is also a half bath in the hallway. All first floor baths completely modernized/refreshed in 2021.

The great room, is roomy enough for two couches as well as many chairs. This fabulous room with soaring cathedral ceilings is open to both the kitchen and dining area on one side and the enormous screened porch overlooking the deck and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. The spacious and completely-equipped kitchen will delight any prepare. The dining table has space for ten + people.

We are also members of the Fripp Island Club--a private country club that features multiple pools, eateries, TWO championship golf courses, tennis courts and planned nature, social and craft activities for all ages. About the Area

Located in Saint Helena Island, this vacation home is on the beach. Hunting Island Lighthouse and Fort Fremont are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Coligny Beach and Coastal Discovery Museum. Adventure Cove and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Get the most from your vacation rental budget:

  • Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on great ratings to inspire more reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationers will will be grateful for your feedback find their best rental home. Be fair with your review.
