Unwind in this newly furnished home (constructed 2020) in the heart of Beaufort mins. to Historic Downtown and Port Royal. Located just a block from elegant Southside Park which has 1.5 miles of paths, a dog park and even permanent Pickleball Courts (we've got paddles for you). Saturday morning visit the Farmers Market just couple mins. away, or take a bicycle ride or hike along the close by Spanish Moss trail. Appreciate a fenced backyard all to yourself with privacy and also solar lights for your safety.

Picking up your Marine? The bungalow is in a prime location to zip over to Parris Island. Savor exploring the area, including the fabulous close by eateries within a min. or two, as well as the Waterfront Park, Hunting Island boardwalk and state park, and hunting for shells at The Sands where you can park right on the beach!
