Discover two elegant master suites, one boasting a opulent king bed and a glass sliding door leading to the patio, where you can savor your morning coffee amidst the enchanting wildlife. The master bedroom with the king bed features a double vanity and a walk-in shower, ensuring a pampering experience. A second master suite tucked away in its own private nook offers a queen bed and an ensuite walk-in shower for added comfort and convenience. Two additional queen bedrooms, along with a cavernous room equipped with a bunk bed and a full-size bed, provide ample space for everybody to savor their private getaway.

The open floor plan seamlessly connects the central living and dining areas to the well-appointed kitchen, centered around a sizable dining room table that sets the stage for unforgettable shared meals. Adjoining the main living area is an enchanting sunroom, serving as an additional gathering space and providing gorgeous vistas of the serene backyard where encounters with friendly deer are a daily delight.

The completely equipped kitchen features ample counter space, complemented by a new 6-ft island, making meal preparation a breeze. With two fridges at your disposal, storing and preparing meals for the whole family is both convenient and hassle-complimentary. Stay connected with the supplied Wi-Fi and relax in front of one of the four TVs located throughout the home.

Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Getting to know Fripp Island:
Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddleboard, kayak, boat, and golf cart units available.

Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other fantastic wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.

About the Area

Located in Saint Helena Island, this vacation home is near the beach. Penn Center and Parris Island Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Adventure Cove and Coastal Discovery Museum. Pirate's Island Adventure Golf and Hilton Head Zipline are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
